The snow is back and so is the bitter cold. On my walk today I captured two images that are a reminder that winter is still here.

It' been a cold rainy day and I still found some interesting things to share. I just love Duct Tape and all its' unexpected uses.

It's amazing the
difference a couple days can make. My post at the end of last week showcased a
frozen river and here we are on  Monday with the snow revealing it’s hidden treasures.

What I love about my walk to and from work is the contrast and the subsequent balance that is found. It makes the same route so interesting.

Contrast

I missed posting yesterday’s
photo; I will make up for it with 2 today. These are actually from yesterday’s
walk. I need to explain that these two locations are physically right beside each
other.

I just loved the contrast.

It's Saturday Night and I have been inspired to blog.

I am building some pieces for the Miniature
show and I will post them soon. 

I have been taking pictures everyday on my way to work since May 2011.

After talking with Lily I am going to start sharing the photos daily.

Holiday Madness

With
the holidays behind and a new year ahead, I can now post what I have been up to
without wrecking any Surprises.

I
created the following pair of earrings and 3 pair of slippers.

 

            

             

             




During
the holidays I was asked what kinds of pictures am I taking for the photo a day
project. It was then that I realized I was just shooting whatever struck me as
interesting. I failed miserably to make the project sound interesting, instead
it sounded as if I was photographing tree bark and park benches.  I have included a few of the shots taken over
